Thank you for choosing StormBeatz, developed by Storm Developmentz. By utilizing our Discord music bot, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please read these terms carefully before using StormBeatz.

By accessing or using StormBeatz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Use of Services

2.2 License: StormBeatz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the bot solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3.2 Prohibited Actions: Users shall not engage in any action that disrupts, damages, or interferes with StormBeatz's functionality or performance.

5. Intellectual Property

5.2 Use of Content: Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content provided by StormBeatz without explicit permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

6.1 Use at Own Risk: StormBeatz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6.2 No Guarantee: Storm Developmentz does not warrant that StormBeatz will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet users' expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Exclusion of Damages: In no event shall Storm Developmentz be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of StormBeatz.

8. Premium Subscriptions and Payments

8.1 Subscription Services: StormBeatz may offer premium subscription services ("Premium Services") with additional features and benefits.

8.2 Payment: By subscribing to the Premium Services, you agree to pay the specified fees in accordance with the chosen subscription plan.

8.3 Billing: Payments will be billed on a recurring basis in the selected billing cycle (monthly, annually, etc.) unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

8.4 Automatic Renewal: Premium subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled before the end of the current subscription period.

8.5 Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds may be subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.

8.6 Fee Changes: Storm Developmentz reserves the right to modify subscription fees upon prior notice to subscribed users. These changes will apply regardless of whether the user sees or acknowledges the notice.

8.7 Availability of Benefits: Storm Developmentz does not guarantee the continuous availability or uninterrupted access to all benefits and features listed within the Premium Services.

8.8 Changes to Features: The company reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features associated with Premium Services without prior notice.

9. Restriction, Removal, or Termination of Premium Services

9.1 Discretionary Action: Storm Developmentz reserves the right to restrict, remove, or terminate access to Premium Services, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.

9.2 Reasons for Action: Such actions may be taken if a user violates these Terms of Service or engages in activities that compromise the integrity or functionality of StormBeatz.

9.3 Effect of Termination: Termination of access to Premium Services may result in the loss of certain benefits associated with the premium subscription. Terminations for above reasons are not eligible for refunds.

10. Modifications

10.1 Changes to Terms: Storm Developmentz reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. You will be alerted to such change by the "Effective as of ____" date above this notice. Your continued use of StormBeatz after any changes indicates your acceptance of those changes.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination of Access: Storm Developmentz reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to StormBeatz immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

11.2 Effects of Termination: Terminated users may lose partial or full access to StormBeatz and any related services. Communities (Discord servers) affiliated with a terminated user may also lose access. Any purchases related to the terminated services will not be refunded retroactively.

12. Governing Law

12.1 Jurisdiction: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
