Refund Policy

We guarantee our users a simple refund process by our team as per the following policy, unless otherwise required by law. Users may request a refund within the first 3 days of purchase as long as these conditions are met:

• The user who purchased the product must contact us directly through a verified channel, such as the purchaser's email address or the connected Discord user account.
• You must verify your email address, Discord user ID, and/or transaction ID from the receipt or invoice.
• You must have a viable reason to request a refund, such as an unauthorized purchase or dissatisfaction with the features. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we believe the system is being abused.

Refund inquiries should be emailed to [email protected] with the necessary information. Please refrain from issuing a chargeback or dispute without contacting our team. These disputes will be resolved in our favor and any associated fees will be charged to your account, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
