We guarantee our users that our refund process will be done very easily by our team. Users may request a refund within the first 3 days of purchase as long as these conditions are met:

• The person who purchased the service must be the one to contact us as we can only process refunds to those individuals.
• The invoice number and email address must be verified with the purchase.
• You must have a viable reason to request a refund, such as an unauthorized purchase or dissatisfaction with the features. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we believe the system is being abused.
